Amber ALERT: Captor, Teen Missing After Vehicle Located In Virginia: State Police

The search is on for a 15-year-old girl who was believed to have been abducted by a 23-year-old man in Virginia on Thursday, April 4.

The black Honda Accord being sought in connection with the case of Ronique Channel Proteat and Tyrell Ashley Davenport was found.

However, 15-year-old Ronique remains missing, having last been seen in Newbridge Terrace in Richmond Wednesday, April 3. She is believed to have been taken by Tyrell.
